Allie Davis – Chief Operations Officer
Allie provides business support to Dr. Webb and handles all aspects of marketing and public relations for the office. Originally from New York, Allie has moved numerous times with her family but ended up in the south by attending college at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where she received her BA in Public Relations. Allie comes to Webb Family Orthodontics with experience in business management, targeted marketing, and client communications. She is very passionate about the flourishing practice, the dedicated employees, and the orthodontic industry, in general, having been in braces herself as a teen!
When she’s not working alongside Dr. Webb, brainstorming ideas for the business Allie can be found running downtown, practicing yoga or attending a workout class at Sportsbarn. Proficient in Spanish and French, she loves to travel abroad with her husband Adam where she gathers inspiration for her love of cooking. Allie and her husband live in downtown Chattanooga with their corgi, Luna.
Dallas Harper – Scheduling Coordinator / RDA
As the Receptionist, Dallas is in charge of scheduling, answering phones and communications. You will also find her helping with letters and communicating with your general dentist, oral surgeon, or other specialist to provide the best Chattanooga orthodontics treatment for you.
She grew up in Manchester, TN and is a 2013 graduate of Coffee County High School. Upon graduating, she moved to Chattanooga, TN and graduated from Chattanooga State with her Associates Degree in Human Services. She joined Webb Family Orthodontics in August 2017, where she’s obtained her RDA.
Dallas lives in Soddy Daisy with her four dogs Dayton, Max, Mia, and Diesel. Outside of work, Dallas loves spending her time outdoors hiking, fishing, or spending time with her dogs and plants.
Lauren Goggans – Treatment Coordinator
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Lauren loves calling herself a true local. She attended Hixson high school, whereupon was offered the opportunity to progress in retail management. Lauren has over 12 years experience in customer service, crisis communication, and complex organization skills which she loves to put to use in the office!
Lauren joined Webb Family Orthodontics in 2017 as our Treatment Coordinator. She adores being the one who gets to tell our patients they’re ready for braces and seeing their face light up with anticipation. Getting to speak with our patients one-on-one and helping families decide on their best approach to braces brings her work to a personal level that fills her with daily joy.
When Lauren’s not in the office, you’ll find her downtown at one of Chattanooga’s many brunch spots, binge-watching the next addictive Netflix show, or enjoying time spent on her porch that overlooks her small farm with loved ones.
Rachel Sherlin – Financial Coordinator/RDA
Rachel is a Chattanooga native, originally from the Hixson area. After attending school, Rachel had an opportunity to work with Dr. Jill P. Hodges where she was a loyal employee for 23 years. Rachel’s credentials include office management, administrative assistance and she is a state certified RDA.
Rachel came to WebbFamily Orthodontics in 2014 when Dr. Webb merged with Dr. Hodges’ practice. Rachel is responsible for handling all aspects of the front office, insurance, and collections.
She currently resides in McDonald, TN with her husband and yellow lab, Bo. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with family.
Brandi Smith – RDA
Brandi was born and raised in Soddy-Daisy, TN where she currently resides with her husband, Daniel and their son, Carter Mason. She graduated from Sale Creek High School in 2006. In 2012 she graduated from Chattanooga State Dental Assisting with an A.A.S. degree. She started working in orthodontics in June 2012 and joined Webb Family Orthodontics in March 2013, where she’s an assistant and runs the lab.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, four wheeling, hunting, fishing, or whatever adventure Carter chooses for that day.
Savannah Hartman – RDA
Savannah was born in Athens, Georgia, but currently lives in Soddy Daisy with her 2 children, Layton and Hudson. Savannah graduated from Soddy Daisy High School in 2009. After graduating Dental Assisting school with her AS degree, Savannah chose to start her career in orthodontics with Dr. Webb.
Outside of work, Savannah likes to spend time with her family, fishing, playing with her two dogs and likes to go to Athens to watch Georgia Football. During the summer, she loves to be on the lake, wakeboarding, tubing, and skiing.
Sam McCaleb – RDA
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Sam is a local who graduated from Hixson High School and went on to study exercise health and science at Bryan College. While at college Sam had a competitive golf scholarship and upon leaving she realized she wanted to begin her career in orthodontics. She joined Webb Family Orthodontics in 2016 where she obtained her RDA license.
In her off time, Sam enjoys traveling with her family, loving on her two fur babies Callie and Lucky and she’s not ashamed to say her perfect day would involve a brunch date downtown with lots of shopping. Sam has never met a stranger, which makes her the perfect pick to be WFO’s mascot, Webbster!
Sydney Page – RDA
A Hixson, TN original, Sydney was born and raised right here in Chattanooga. After attending Soddy Daisy High School, and Sydney went on to Miller Motte Technical College where she graduated with her RDA certification in 2017.
Sydney has a passion for working with children and young adults. Every summer for the past 4 years she has worked at Camp Lookout as the Equestrian director where she enjoyed sharing her passion of horseback riding and helping others to grow in the Christian faith.
When she’s not brightening patient’s day, she can be found hiking the Chattanooga mountains, climbing at High Point Gym, playing with her pups or relaxing with her family and friends… preferably at the beach!
Alex Marshall – RDA
Alex is a Chattanooga native who grew up on Signal Mountain. She graduated from Signal Mountain High School in 2014 and went on to study Marketing at UTC where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts. Growing up, Alex cheered competitively and went on to cheer for the Mocs football and basketball teams for all 4 years of college. Alex joined Webb Family Orthodontics in 2018 and is very passionate about helping others and making them smile.
When she’s not at work Alex can be found spending time outdoors, reading, cooking or just hanging out with family and friends. She enjoys standing on her head/hands and the occasional Ironman 70.3!
Bonnie Phillips – RDA
Born and raised in Apison, TN Bonnie grew up cheerleading for local cheer company RAH! She competed in her sport until she graduated from East Hamilton High School in 2012. After high school, Bonnie attended UTC where she began to study Art and after a few semesters, she decided to follow her passions by starting her own photography business, Bonnie J. Photography. In 2018 Bonnie joined Webb Family Orthodontics as a chairside assistant and while she still shoots photography on the side, she loves seeing her patients smile a little happier after every visit!
In her downtime, Bonnie can be found working up a sweat at the gym or exploring the local nature outside with her family and friends. An artist at heart, Bonnie loves to paint and repurpose antique furniture, paint or dive deep into any media that allows her to express her creativity. She can be usually be found snuggling her Great Dane Saint or playing Bingo at the Feed on Sundays. Bonnie currently lives in Ooltewah with her sister BrookeLynn and boyfriend Matt.
Meredith Franks – Sterilization Technician
A lifelong Chattanooga native, Meredith graduated from Hixson High School in 2005 and the Chattanooga State Community College Surgical Technician program in 2010. She is very excited to have joined the WFO team in June of 2019.
Meredith currently lives in Soddy Daisy with her three beautiful children: Lillie who is 13, and boy/girl twins Lennon & Lawson who are 5. Meredith loves Jesus, spending time with her family and friends and can often be found curled up with a good book, a cup of coffee and her fur baby Oliver.
