Now that your braces are off, what's next? Follow these simple retainer rules to ensure your new smile is protected and will remain in place.
- For the next 8 weeks, wear your retainers full-time.
- After the 8 weeks, wear your retainers at 'night time for lifetime'.
It's as simple as that! If anything happens to your retainers, please call us as soon as possible at 423-870-5254 so you can quickly receive a new set. Do not delay as time lost can allow for teeth to shift.
